The IEA Ambassador to the UAE, Mawlawi Badruddin Haqqani, met with prominent Afghan businessmen and figures who expressed their support for the current government and described the embassy as a shared home for all Afghans. During the meeting, the merchants raised specific trade concerns and requested the embassy’s advocacy for the rights of Afghan workers in the UAE, to which the Ambassador responded by prioritizing the protection of their legitimate rights and pledging comprehensive efforts to resolve their challenges.
